November 1, 2020 Hello friend, I hope this letter finds you well. It is now November. The days are becoming shorter, and the temperature is becoming colder. This time of year always puts me in a place of introspection—a place where I can focus inwards and listen. I will be honest with you. I fell off the mindfulness wagon back in September.
