Listen to your Body

Hello!

I hope this week is finding you well. I will admit it feels like this week has been long already, and it’s only Tuesday! Some weeks you find your stride, and others, it’s a trudge. It’s a trudge week for me.

I find when I have a trudge week, I just have to keep positive and get rest when I can. I listen to what my body and mind are telling me, and by doing so, I can turn the week around.

I will keep this email short and send a gentle reminder to listen to your body first. Sometimes our brains get caught up in all the extra muck. Your brain can convince you to keep pushing on when your body is just crying for rest. Remember, oftentimes, your body knows best. When we don’t listen, we can get sick and burnt out. It’s not worth it.

So, this week I encourage you to go to bed early, drink water, and disconnect before you need to. Take care of yourself first. You deserve it.
