Time for Change

March 17, 2021

Hello Everybody!

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day. Not only is today Saint Patrick’s Day, but today also marks a year since Minnesota went into a stay-at-home order. That means it’s been a year since we have practiced in person. It’s been a year since we started Facebook Live yoga. It’s been a year of navigating the pandemic way of life. This last year we have seen a lot of change. All of us have adjusted our lives significantly to keep our communities safe. From moving our work, social activities, and everything in between virtually, we have connected during this time.  Now things are changing again.

After looking at what this yoga community needs as we go through another change, as we move closer to an open world again, I have decided it’s time to end our Facebook Live yoga sessions. It has been an incredible year connecting with you on the mat virtually. Having the space to share this practice with all who were interested was a fulfilling opportunity for me. Now it’s time to make some changes and provide you with the resources and information you need.

So, what does this mean? It means I will no longer be tuning in Live on Facebook on Wednesday and Saturday. This week will be the final week of Facebook Live yoga if you would like to tune in and say hello. All of the videos from the last year will remain on the Pose and Ponder and Yoga with Haley pages, so feel free to tune in as you need. I am also available for solo or small group private sessions if you are looking to work with me directly. These private sessions will be virtual sessions that can be a one-time session or develop a schedule and meet weekly. If you would like to host a small group yoga session for you and your friends or create a personal practice built around your needs, send me a message, and let’s get it on the calendar.

I am also working on a plan for pre-recorded yoga practices. These videos’ production will be a little more intensive than the Facebook Lives, so I do not have a release date for the first video. Subscribe to the Newsletter, and I will be sure to keep you updated.

Thank you for all of the incredible support over the last year. I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to practice yoga with all of you. Please let me know how else I can better support you during this time. Looking forward to the next time we meet together on the mat!

P.S. I am now accepting prenatal, postnatal, and general private clients. If you know an expecting or new mama that you think would be interested, please share this email with them, or if you are interested in private sessions yourself, don’t hesitate to reach out.
